Can we all agree that it takes a bit of bravery to invest your money in a service provider you found on the internet? You’ve worked so hard for your business and want to see it succeed, so logically you’re wary of who you invest in. If you’re anything like me, you like to do plenty of research beforehand to feel comfortable. If you’re thinking about investing in Pinterest management for your business, you’re in the right place. My goal today is to give you a inside look at my Pinterest management process so you can feel fully confident investing in my services. Let’s dive in!
Step One: Inquiry
The very first step to booking with me is to fill out the contact form on my website. You’ll answer a few questions about your business, your goals, and your budget. When you hit submit, you’ll get a nifty automated email from me that promises I’ll follow up within 2 business days. (I will, I promise!) When you do get that second email, it will have a link to my scheduler. That’s where you’ll pick a time for a quick 30-minute fit call.
Step Two: Fit Call
Even though I’m a true Millennial introvert at heart and sweat at the thought of phone calls, this is an essential step to making sure I’m the best fit for you. The easiest and quickest way to determine that is with a Google Meet call. I’ll learn more about your goals for Pinterest and make sure your website and funnel are optimized to get started with Pinterest. If it happens that we need to do a few things before starting (e.g., write blog posts), I’ll explain my suggestions on the call.
In sum, if we are a great fit, I’ll be pumped! But if I’m not the Pinterest manager for you, that’s okay too! I have a few other highly-qualified Pinterest managers I can recommend.

Step Three: Proposal, Contract, Invoice, & Questionnaire
After our fit call, I’ll follow up with a personalized proposal, contract, invoice, and questionnaire. This all-in-one booking flow helps make my Pinterest management process simple for you. At your convenience, you’ll review the proposal and contract. If we need to make any changes before proceeding, you can send me an email! If everything looks good, you’ll sign the contract, pay the invoice, and go directly to an in-depth questionnaire.
Some topics we cover in the questionnaire:
- Passwords
- Branding
- Target audience
- Funnel
- Business goals
Taking time to answer the questionnaire will lead to even better results down the road.
Step Four: Account Optimization
Once your questionnaire is complete, I grab the baton and go! This is the really exciting part… I start optimizing your account slowly over the course of the first month so Pinterest doesn’t mistake us for spam. I’ll claim your website, set up your profile, create and optimize boards, and research keywords. And towards the end of the month, you’ll start to see optimized pins go LIVE!
Step Five: Pin Creation & Scheduling
Each month, I’ll create and schedule pins according to your customized strategy. When I say that you won’t have to do a thing, I mean it! You’ll start to see more traffic to your blogs, more inquiries, etc. while Pinterest works for you in the background.

Step Six: Analytics
Monthly Analytics
Each month, I’ll do a deep dive into your analytics to see how things are progressing. You can expect a PDF analytics report sent to your inbox every month showing your account growth. As a bonus, I’ll even send some suggestions for future blogs based on what I see trending on Pinterest.
My clients love getting content suggestions for their blogs:
“Also your input on trending ideas for blogs, optimizing them, and indexing is AMAZING!”
Quarterly Strategy Call
Every three months, we’ll hop on a quarterly strategy call that will last about an hour. This gives us a chance to dive deeper into what’s working and what may need tweaked. It’s also a great opportunity for you to fill me in on any business updates.

Frequently Asked Questions about my Pinterest Management Process
Why is there a six-month minimum commitment?
Growth on Pinterest takes time and consistency. It usually takes around 3-6 months (or longer) for the algorithm to do its thing and for you to start seeing substantial results. Because I want to make sure you’re seeing those results, I ask that you stick with me for at least 6 months. If you’re willing to be patient, Pinterest will pay off!
Are there any additional costs involved with Pinterest management?
I do require that my monthly management clients have a scheduling tool called Tailwind. This tool lets me schedule the quantity of pins need to grow your account.
Do you do paid ads?
I focus exclusively on organic Pinterest strategies. While paid ads can definitely be effective, I believe in building a sustainable, long-term presence on Pinterest organically without the need for additional ad spend.
Can you guarantee results?
Pinterest performance depends on factors like your niche, your content, your audience, seasonal trends, and the algorithm. While I can’t guarantee specific results, I can promise that I’ll use proven strategies and best practices for SEO to give your business the best chance for success.
